Q: How many times a day to listen? 

A: We recommend starting with one session per day to allow your mind and body to adapt to the energy of the track. Over time, you can gradually increase to 2–3 sessions per day if desired. These are powerful tools, and most users find that this frequency is more than enough to achieve noticeable results. Listening more than this may not enhance the effect and is generally unnecessary.
